Directions: Make rice separately in rice cooker. Let cool to room temperature.
Brown the hamburger or other meat in a frying pan, then stir in the
vegetables and cover pan for the last 10 minutes or so. Don't overcook the
vegetables.
In a large bowl, add rice, corn oil, grated carrot, Morton Lite Salt, Bone
Meal, and stir together. Then add the meat and vegetables - stir again.
The kelp and any supplements in pill form can be hidden in the food before
serving.
The rest of the supplements are given at other times in the day.
