The amounts given are for:
Spider 92-95 pounds and 29 7/8"
Cindl 66-68 pounds and 25 ½ "
Lilith 67-70 pounds and 25 ½"
· Nights are Spider 1 pound of meat and The Girls are 12 ounces.
Chicken 4 nights a week. Wings usually they are 80/20 meat/bone ratio.
Organ meats (Heart, Liver) 2 nights a week.
Hamburger or Roast 1 night a week.
Spider and Cindl get a piggie ear after din din and Lil's gets a ½.
· Mornings are Veggie/Fruits and Dairy
This part is kind of hard, nothing is really consistent except that the base is 12 ounces carrots run thru the VitaMix,
to this I add whatever fruit or veggie that is in season (pulverized, of course!) Once a week or so they get
kale/broccoli meal. I measure out a cup or so for the girls and Spider gets a cup and a third. To each bowl I
add 1/3 cup 4% cottage cheese and 1/3 Stoneyfield yogurt (only one with 4 active cultures in it!)
· Supplements are:
2 Pet Pals, 1000 IU Vitamin E, 1000 Mgs All C
Norwegian Kelp and Zinc.
CoQ10.
EVERYTHING IS FED RAW, and as you can see I have eliminated ALL carbohydrates! They get them from the veggies and
fruits and once we did the flatulance stopped altogether.
This diet is constantly changing. One thing that has remained the same for us now for 5 years though is that
everyone is healthy. Lil has only been with me for 10 months but I can't believe the comments we get at the shows
about how improved she is. Who would have thought you could convert and 11 y/o to this? She is much more active!
